This funding provides employers with a $4,000 subsidy if they put eligible staff through approved, accredited training. The incentive payments are split in 2 with $1500 paid 90 days after commencement and the remainder paid on completion. There are a variety of qualifications available under this funding see our Qualifications  page for a detailed list. To be eligible for this funding people must be:

• An Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• An employee (can't be an Owner, Director or Shareholder)
• Is employed fulltime or part-time (can't be a casual or contract employee)
• Does not already hold a qualification higher than a Certificate III (Completed in the last 7 years)

Training can be delivered through a range of delivery methods  that will suit most workplace demands.
